We do not teach the children but study them with joy and consistency

The main thing that is needed is an effective environment,
where every game is meaningful, where patience and tolerance are taken for granted, and, of course, where there are big people who are not better than the little ones, but simply wise (although in our case ALL of them are still not tired) with experience.
